Digital license keys can't be "returned" the way a physical item can — once it's delivered, it's been used or usable, so the default is no refund. The rest of this page explains why and what we can actually do for you.
A license key can be copied or used the instant it's delivered — there's no way for us to verify it wasn't, so we can't offer a "change your mind" window like a retail store. Every purchase is treated as final at the point of delivery.

These aren't automatic — a support agent looks at the details and decides. "It got detected after I used it for a week" or "I changed my mind" don't qualify; see the risk note below.
Keys are issued to whoever paid for them, are non-transferable without our sign-off, and can't be resold. A key that's been shared or resold isn't eligible for a refund or exchange if something goes wrong with it.
No anti-cheat bypass is permanently safe — detection status can change without warning, on any product, from any seller. That uncertainty is priced into every sale, which is why "it stopped working after being fine for a while" isn't grounds for a refund on its own.
